A 90 minutes Hatha yoga class, after the teachings of Sivananda, that focus on a holistic sequence, which brings a sense of vitality and wellbeing, both to the body and mind. The class starts with pranayama, asanas, finishing with relaxation alond with meditation. Creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere is the aim of these classes, to reach deep peaceful states of balance.
